We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours.

  • Urgent Delivery: Orders will be within 7 working days.
  • Standard Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 14 working days.
  • Rates: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Please Note: Once a package is with the courier, delivery times are out of our direct control, and some short delays can happen.

Abaya sizing is typically based on length. To find your fit, measure yourself from the highest point of your shoulder down to your ankles. We also recommend measuring your bust at the fullest part to ensure the loose-fitting design drapes correctly. Please refer to our Size Chart for a detailed breakdown of measurements.

While all three provide modest coverage, they vary in their cut and how they are worn:

  • Abaya: A robe-like garment that sits on the shoulders and flows to the floor. Abayas are highly versatile and come in Open (worn like a cardigan over a slip dress or trousers) or Closed styles. They are often chosen for their elegant silhouettes and variety of fabrics.
  • Jilbab: A more traditional, high-coverage option. A Jilbab is typically a one-piece or two-piece garment that drapes from the head or neck down. It provides a very loose, "overhead" silhouette that avoids defining the body shape, making it a popular choice for daily prayer or maximum modesty.
  • Khimar: Unlike the Abaya or Jilbab, a Khimar is primarily a head and upper-body covering. It is a cape-like veil that drapes from the head down to the waist, hips, or knees. It is designed to be worn over an Abaya or a skirt to provide extra coverage for the head, neck, and shoulders

To maintain the longevity of your Coptche pieces:

  • Embellished/Beaded Items: These are strictly hand-wash only in cold water.
  • General Care: We recommend hand washing with a gentle detergent. If using a machine, place the item in a protective mesh bag on a delicate, cold cycle.
  • Drying: Always air-dry away from direct sunlight.
  • Ironing: Iron on a low heat setting on the reverse side (inside out) to protect the fabric fibers.

We select fabrics that perfectly balance elegance with everyday comfort. Our collection features premium materials including high-quality Nidha (soft and breathable), chiffon, georgette, linen, and luxury crepes.

We take great pride in sourcing our fabrics from Pakistan, a region world-renowned for its rich textile heritage and superior fabric manufacturing. Each material undergoes strict quality control to ensure it meets our standards for durability and drape.

Yes, we are delighted to offer a bespoke service for those looking for a personalised fit. By visiting our Custom Order, you can fill out a form to specify your preferred colour, fabric, style, and exact measurements and other specifications. Please note that because each custom piece is tailored specifically for you, these orders require additional time to prepare. Your unique garment will be crafted within 5–7 working days, after which it will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. The best thing about this is that our custom order actually has fair prices and the order can be for a Nikkah Abaya fit, Wedding Abaya or any other custom form specially designed for you. Please note: Custom-made and personalised orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, as they are tailored to your specific measurements.

Yes. We release dedicated Abaya collections for Ramadan, Eid, and Hajj annually. We also adapt our fabrics to the seasons offering lightweight, breathable materials for Summer and thicker, layered options for the Winter months.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately within 48 hours with your order number and a clear headline for this specific issue. We can update the details as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-made and personalised orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, as they are tailored to your specific measurements and preferences.

Absolutely. We offer a premium gift wrapping service for a small additional fee of 3£. Your order will be beautifully presented in a high-quality, thick cardboard gift box featuring our signature white and light blue palette with elegant golden accents. Inside, garments are wrapped in luxury tissue paper to ensure a beautiful unboxing experience. We don't add a price tag on or within the gift box, but only on the outer parcel box.

Yes! We provide gift cards as a digital product, making them the perfect choice for a last-minute present. Once purchased, you will receive an email containing a unique code. You can then share this code with your recipient, who can paste it at checkout to redeem the value. The balance will be automatically deducted from their order total.

To ensure authentic quality and the finest textiles, all orders are shipped directly from our production hub in Pakistan. Every order includes full end-to-end tracking. Once your package is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey from Pakistan to your doorstep.

Since Coptche items are shipped directly from our production hub in Pakistan to the UK and beyond, your order may be subject to the following charges depending on the total value:

  • Orders under £135: You will typically only pay the VAT (Value Added Tax) which is included in your checkout price. Currently, there is usually no additional "Customs Duty" for personal orders under this amount.
  • Orders over £135: For larger orders, the UK government may apply Customs Duty and Import VAT. These charges are calculated by HMRC once the parcel reaches the UK border.
  • Handling Fees: Occasionally, the courier (e.g., Royal Mail or DHL) may charge a small administrative "handling fee" to clear the parcel through customs on your behalf.

Important: All import duties, taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer. Coptche has no control over these government-mandated charges or the time taken by customs to release your package. We recommend checking the UK Government’s "Tax on goods from abroad" page for the most up-to-date rates.
